摘要
为解决传统配网局放检测作业存在过程繁琐、对检测人员技术要求高、数据难以充分运用等缺点,推动配网局放检测业务数字化转型,深入探索了配网数字化局放检测作业流程,在此基础上编写数字化作业指导书并规定了供电服务指挥系统、移动作业终端和局放检测设备的特定功能和协调配合方式,最终完成对配网数字化局放检测作业全流程的探索和实践,实现了作业流程的简化、现场检测的简单化以及检测数据的深度运用。
In order to solve the disadvantages of traditional distribution network distribution testing service, such as tedious process, high technical requirements for testing personnel and difficulty to make full use of data, and promote the digital transformation of distribution network partial discharge detection, this paper deeply explores the process of digital partial discharge detection of distribution network. Also, it compiles digital operation instructions and specifies the specific functions and coordination methods of power supply service command system, mobile operation terminal and partial discharge detection equipment. Finally, the exploration and practice of the whole process of digital distribution network partial discharge detection are completed, the detection process is simplified, and the detection data is used in depth.
