摘要
由于价格机制以及激烈的市场竞争等因素,入网电力物资的质量问题越发凸显。为了保障电气设备的安全,需要对现场中的物资物品进行品质检测,然而现有的物资品质检测技术,用于现场的很少。提出了几种现场快速检测新思路,具体包括:基于超声波原理的设备厚度检测技术、基于卫星定位系统的基础不均匀沉降监测技术和基于X射线投射的配电变压器用材鉴别技术等,极大地提升了电力物资品质检测的效率。
Due to the price mechanism and fierce market competition, the quality problems of power supplies are becoming more and more prominent. For the safety of electrical equipment, it is necessary to evaluate the quality of goods and materials in the site. However, the existing material quality assessment technology is rarely used in the site. Several new ideas of rapid on-site detection are proposed, including equipment thickness detection technology based on ultrasonic principle, basic uneven settlement monitoring technology based on satellite positioning system, distribution transformer material identification technology based on X-ray projection, etc., which greatly improve the efficiency of power material quality assessment and detection.
