摘要
雄安新区建设低碳之城的“绿色理念”下,通过与慕尼黑地区地热产业发展的对比分析,形成对雄安新区地热高质量发展的启示。以雄安新区100余口地热井与慕尼黑57口地热井的资料为基础,通过对慕尼黑地热资源勘探和开发政策、利用技术、发展趋势等多方面分析,提出雄安新区地热产业高质量发展的建议。慕尼黑马尔姆热储层埋深1500~5000m,温度80~140℃,丰富的中深层地热资源是其进行积极能源转型规划的基础。近年来,在慕尼黑政府的积极引导下,地热资源勘探开发得到快速发展。2021年,基于丰富的地热资源开发的基础上,慕尼黑提出2035年实现气候中和的发展目标。雄安新区中深层地热资源条件与慕尼黑具有较强的可对比性,在政府支持下,地热资源勘探和利用取得了一系列成果,形成了地热供暖的“雄县模式”,供暖面积达700万平米。通过对比分析认为应加大新区基础勘探工作投入,坚持科学可持续开发,实时引导建立地热发电示范项目,制定积极、可预期的地热管理政策,充分发挥地热在碳中和目标中的作用。不仅对雄安新区而且对我国地热产业在实现碳中和目标中的作用均具有借鉴意义。
Comparison and analysis of the development of geothermal industry in Xiong’an New Area and Munich area are made in order to provide enlightenment for the high-quality geothermal development in Xiong’an New Area.Based on the data of more than 100 geothermal wells in Xiong’an New Area and 57 geothermal wells in Munich,through the analysis of exploration and development policies,utilization technologies and development trends of geothermal resources in Munich,this paper puts forward suggestions for the high-quality development of geothermal industry in Xiong’an New Area.The Malm reservoir in Munich has a depth of 1500-5000 meters and a temperature of 80-140℃.The rich geothermal resources in the middle and deep layers are the basis for its active energy transition planning.In recent years,under the active guidance of the Munich government,the exploration and development of geothermal resources has been rapidly developed.In 2021,based on the development of rich geothermal resources,Munich government proposed a development goal of achieving climate neutrality by 2035.With the support of the government,a series of achievements have been made in the exploration and utilization of geothermal resources in Xiong’an New Area,forming the"Xiongxian Model"of geothermal heating,which covers an area of 7 million square meters.Through the comparison and analysis of geothermal development in Munich,the following inspirations are obtained:increase investment in basic exploration in Xiong’an New Area,and guide the establishment of geothermal power generation demonstration projects;adhere to the geothermal management policy of scientific and sustainable development,and make geothermal play its role in carbon neutrality.These measures are of reference significance not only to the Xiong’an New Area,but also to the geothermal industry in China in the aspect of achieving the goal of carbon neutrality.
