红外测温技术在配电设备状态检修中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 为实现对配电设备在运行中状态的实时检测,引进红外测温技术,设计一个全新的配电设备状态检修方法。对辐射信号以二维热图像的方式,进行目标温度场展示。从设备温度热力图中判断设备故障及其严重程度,划分配电设备状态缺陷类别;根据配电设备运行中的损耗,实现对设备故障的匹配与检修。通过实例应用的方式证明,利用提出的方法对配电设备温度进行测定,测定结果的相对温差均在1.50%以下,说明此方法具备较高测定精度。 In order to realize the real-time detection of the status of power distribution equipment in operation,the introduction of infrared temperature measurement technology,design a new power distribution equipment status maintenance method.The target temperature field of radiation signal is displayed by two-dimensional thermal image.From the equipment temperature thermal diagram to judge the equipment fault and its severity,the classification of distribution equipment state defects.According to the loss of power distribution equipment in operation,the matching and maintenance of equipment fault can be realized.The results show that the relative temperature difference of the proposed method is less than 1.50%,which shows that the method has high accuracy.
