摘要
柔性自动化加工生产线作为航空航天领域关键零件加工的机床装备,解决了大部分关键领域“卡脖子”问题。柔性自动化加工生产线保障国家战略安全,满足产业和市场需求。文章通过对柔性自动化加工生产线生产流程进行动画仿真模拟,在虚拟的三维环境中,将三维模型绘制的生产设备模拟其生产加工流程,使整个加工过程清晰直观全方位的得以展现。为产品研发中可能出现的问题提供了生产前的技术支持与保障。
As the machine tool equipment for processing key parts in the aerospace field,the flexible automatic machining line solves the problem of“containment”in most key fields.Flexible automatic machining line ensure national strategic security,supply industry and market demands.In this paper,through the animation simulation of the production process of the flexible automatic machining line,in the 3D virtual environment,the production equipment drawn by the 3D virtual model simulates its production and process flow,so that the entire process flow can be displayed clearly,intuitively and comprehensively.Provide technical support and guarantee before production for possible problems in product development.
