消费者偏好驱动逆向供应链双渠道回收路径与策略

摘要 为了研究消费者偏好对废旧产品回收渠道产生的影响,构建线上线下双渠道回收博弈模型。在这一模型基础上,分别研究在集中策略与分散策略情况下,消费者偏好对于线上和线下废旧产品回收渠道的影响。结果发现,与分散策略情况相比,集中策略情况下线下回收渠道的需求量和回收价格更高,线上回收量与回收价格都更低;将消费者差异纳入考虑范畴后,发现消费者对于线上回收渠道的偏好比较强,选择线上渠道的消费者也更多,这会导致线下回收渠道被挤占,提高线下回收渠道的价格。得出结论:消费者偏好能够影响到他们对回收渠道的选择,采取集中策略的整体效果更优。 In order to study the impact of consumer preferences on waste product recycling channels,an online and offline dual channel recycling game model is constructed.Based on this model,the influence of consumer preferences on online and offline waste product recycling channels under centralized and decentralized strategies is studied respectively.The results show that:compared with the decentralized strategy,the demand and recycling price of offline recycling channels are higher,and the online recycling volume and recycling price are lower under the centralized strategy;After taking consumer differences into account,it is found that consumers have a strong preference for online recycling channels,and more consumers choose online channels,which will lead to the crowding out of offline recycling channels and increase the price of offline recycling channels.It is concluded that consumer preferences can affect their choice of recycling channels,and the overall effect of adopting a centralized strategy is better.
