摘要
线粒体质量控制主要通过线粒体生物合成、线粒体动力学(融合/分裂)及线粒体自噬等过程来维持线粒体数量与功能的稳定。线粒体质量控制失调所导致的线粒体结构和功能障碍是糖尿病心肌病发病中重要的一个环节。因此及时干预线粒体质量控制失调对延缓糖尿病心肌病发生发展有着重要意义。目前研究表明,腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)通路通过影响线粒体质量控制相关蛋白表达及翻译后修饰减轻糖尿病心肌线粒体质量控制失调,进而延缓糖尿病心肌病的发生发展。本文就AMPK通路对糖尿病心肌线粒体质量控制的影响机制进行综述,为临床干预糖尿病心肌病提供理论依据。
Mitochondrial quality control mainly maintains the stability of mitochondrial number and function through mitochondrial biosynthesis,mitochondrial dynamics(fusion/fission)and mitophagy.The dysfunction of mitochondrial structure and function caused by mitochondrial quality control disorder is an important link in the pathogenesis of diabetic cardiomyopathy.Therefore,timely intervention of mitochondrial quality control disorders is of great significance to delay the occurrence and development of diabetic cardiomyopathy.Current studies suggest that adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)pathway alleviates diabetic mitochondrial quality control disorders by affecting the expression of mitochondrial quality control related proteins and post-translational modifications,thus leading to the occurrence and development of diabetic cardiomyopathy.Therefore,this paper reviews the mechanism of AMPK pathway on the quality control of diabetic myocardial mitochondria,providing evidence for clinical intervention of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
