浅海移动平台行走驱动液压系统

摘要 浅海移动平台是浅海地域的重要施工装备之一,其行走驱动系统的设计和分析至关重要。因此,文中根据浅海移动平台行走机构特点,设计了基于LUDV系统的行走驱动液压系统,并采用分流集流阀保证其单行走机构上双履带总成行走速度的同步性。采用仿真技术对单行走机构驱动系统进行分析,结果表明,经分流集流阀分流后的流量差值在0.4 L/min以内,行走机构同步性调整时间在2 s以内,行走机构驱动系统具备良好的同步性能。对行走驱动系统进行整机试验分析,结果表明,浅海移动平台行走速度控制误差不超过1%,偏航角度在1.4°以内,具备良好的控制性能。 Considering that the mobile platform in shallow sea is one of the important construction equipment in shallow sea,the design and analysis of its travel drive system is very important.Therefore,according to the characteristics of the traveling mechanism of the mobile platform in shallow sea,a design of the travel drive hydraulic system based on the LUDV system is proposed,and the shunt valve is used to ensure the synchronization of the traveling speed of the double crawler assemblies on the single traveling mechanism.The simulation technology is used to analyze the driving system of a single traveling mechanism,and the results show that the difference of the flow rate divided by the dividing and collecting valve is within 0.4 L/min,the synchronization adjustment time of the traveling mechanism is within 2 s,and the driving system of the traveling mechanism has good synchronization performance.The whole machine test of the walking drive system shows that the walking speed control error of the shallow water mobile platform is controlled within 1%,and the yaw angle is within 1.4,indicating a good control performance.
