摘要 文中介绍了脱挂索道加减速装置固定机架的设计优化情况,经多次改进,V形槽梁结构改善了加减速装置的承载均匀性,延长了相关机构寿命,降低了安装调试难度及时间。结合试验线及多条脱挂索道的实际使用情况分析,该结构形式工艺性好,稳妥可靠,具有较强的推广价值。 The design and optimization of the fixed frame of the acceleration and deceleration device of the detached ropeway are introduced.After many improvements,the V-shaped groove beam improves the load uniformity of the acceleration and deceleration device,prolongs the service life of the relevant mechanism,and reduces the difficulty and time of installation and debugging.Combined with the analysis of the practical application of the test line and several detached ropeways,the structure shows a good manufacturability,safety and reliability,and can be popularized.
