大型钢结构起重臂制造技术研究

Research on manufacturing technology of large steel structure boom

文中结合12 000 t浮式起重机起重臂的结构特点,分析了起重臂结构制造、拼装和总装的难点,针对各制造难点提出了大型钢结构起重臂结构特点、制作和装配的技术方案。该技术广泛适用大型浮式起重机起重臂的制造与总装,对后续大型浮式起重机的开发制造具有借鉴意义。

Combined with the structural characteristics of the boom of 12000 t floating crane,this paper analyzes the difficulties in the manufacture,assembly and final assembly of the boom,and puts forward the structural characteristics,manufacture and assembly scheme of the large-scale steel structure boom for each manufacturing difficulty.This technology is widely used in the manufacture and assembly of the boom of large floating cranes,and has reference significance for the subsequent development and manufacture of large floating cranes.
