地市级医院输血科建设与发展初探

Initial research on construction and development of blood transfusion department in prefecture-level hospitals

地市级医院承担着大量医疗任务, 其发展战略的选择, 对我国公立医院的整体发展至关重要。近年, 随着医疗改革深化, 地市级医院已获得较大发展, 但其输血科的发展仍较为缓慢, 存在学科影响力不足、人员配置不合理、业务用房不达标等问题。目前, 输血科的主要职能包括为患者提供血液制剂、输血检验、输血治疗等临床服务, 并承担建立规范化、标准化的输血管理体系, 指导临床合理用血等工作。若能将输血科的业务范围进行合理调整和拓展, 使其职能更为优化和高效, 将有望改变目前地市级医院输血科发展缓慢的现状。

Prefecture-level hospitals undertake a large number of medical tasks,and choice of their development strategies is crucial to the overall development of public hospitals in China.In recent years,with the deepening of medical reform,prefecture-level hospitals have achieved great development,but the development of their blood transfusion departments is relatively slow.At present,the blood transfusion department has problems such as insufficient academic influence,unreasonable staffing,and substandard business premises.The main functions of blood transfusion department include providing clinical services such as blood preparations,blood transfusion testing,and blood transfusion treatment for patients,and undertaking the establishment of a standardized blood transfusion management system to guide rational use of blood in clinical practice.If the business scope of blood transfusion department can be reasonably adjusted and expanded to make its functions more optimized and efficient,it will be expected to change current situation of slow development of blood transfusion department in prefecture-level hospitals.
