基于五期演变规律探讨“气阳郁闭”在肿瘤发生发展中的核心作用与临床辨治

Core role of“qi-yang stagnation and blockage”in the occurrence and development of tumor and clinical differentiation and treatment of tumor based on“Five-Phase Evolution”

基于五期演变规律,从气阳两虚、郁闭失宣促肿瘤始成,药毒损阳、郁滞瘀毒促进肿瘤进展,气败邪闭、郁携阳毒致肿瘤转移3个方面论述肿瘤的发生发展,创新性提出“气阳郁闭”是肿瘤发生发展的核心基础。结合临床实践,针对肿瘤发展不同阶段分期论治,提出益气温阳、扶正调衡,调气通阳、解郁散结,祛瘀解毒、扶阳开闭等对应治则,为中医药调畅气阳治疗肿瘤提供理论依据,指导临床实践。

Based on the“Five-Phase Evolution”,the occurrence and development of tumor is discussed from three aspects in this paper.Specifically,deficient qi and yang fails to diffuse due to stagnation and blockage,leading to the formation of tumors;the toxicity of drugs further damages yang and result in static toxin,leading to the progression of tumors;pathogenic factors are blocked internally due to qi collapse,then the stagnated yang toxin leads to the metastasis of tumors.This paper innovatively proposes that“qi-yang stagnation and blockage”is the core of the occurrence and development of tumor.The therapeutic principles for different phases of tumors are proposed in this paper,including reinforcing qi and warming yang,and reinforcing healthy qi and balancing yin and yang;regulating qi to activate yang,and relieving stagnation and dissolving lumps;removing blood stasis and detoxifying,and strengthening yang and resolving stagnation,etc.This paper may provide theoretical basis for treating tumors by regulating qi and yang and serve as references for the clinical practice.
