Theoretical Connotation and Practical Path of Supply Chain Innovation Driving High-Quality Economic Development

供应链创新不仅是提升企业竞争力的重要“助推器”,也是驱动中国经济高质量发展的变革性力量。本文立足于新时代高质量发展理念,在对以智能化、网络化重塑为核心的供应链创新内涵界定及发展历程梳理基础上,从创新、协调、绿色、开放四个维度阐释了供应链创新驱动经济高质量发展的理论内涵。针对供应链创新支持政策“浮于表面”、供应链管理协会责任缺失、市场分割催生“堰塞湖”效应、平台不正当行为、供应链创新全球一体化进程受阻等政策局限与现实阻碍,从完善供应链创新政策体系、发挥供应链协会协同作用、消除要素和产品市场分割、强化供应链平台治理机制、打通全球供应链阻点卡点五个方面提出了推动中国供应链创新的现实路径。

Supply chain innovation is not only an important "booster" to enhance the competitiveness of firms, but also a transformative force to drive the high-quality development of China′s economy. Based on the concept of high-quality development in the new era, on the basis of defining the connotation of supply chain innovation with the core of intelligent and networked reconstruction and combing the development process, this paper explains the theoretical connotation of supply chain innovation driving high-quality economic development from the four dimensions of innovation, coordination, green and openness. In view of the policy limitations and practical obstacles such as the "floating on the surface" of supply chain innovation support policies, the lack of responsibility within supply chain management associations, the "barrier lake" effect caused by market segmentation, the improper behavior of the platform, the obstruction with the global integration process of supply chain innovation, this paper puts forward the practical path to promote the supply chain innovation from five aspects: improving the supply chain innovation policy system, giving play to the synergy of supply chain associations, eliminating the market segmentation of factors and products,strengthening the governance mechanism of supply chain platforms, and breaking through the blockages of global supply chains.
