工业互联网赋能服务型制造网络的演化逻辑与路径优化研究

Evolationary Logic and Path Optimization of Industrial Internet Empowering Service-oriented Manufacturing Networks

构建服务型制造网络是发展服务型制造的内在要求,对制造业转型升级具有重要意义。然而,产业链整合不足导致产业链条关联不紧密、协调性差,制约服务型制造网络的发展,而工业互联网的应用提供了新的契机。本文通过分析服务型制造网络的产业链整合问题以及产业链整合的演化逻辑与内涵,探讨工业互联网赋能服务型制造网络优化的基础和路径。研究表明,工业互联网在“连”“链”与“联”的产业链有效对接基础上,从企业链、价值链、技术链、产品链以及空间链五个维度实现产业链整合,进而形成产业链生态系统与网络式组织,促进服务型制造网络的发展。

Building a service-oriented manufacturing network is an inherent requirement for the development of serviceoriented manufacturing and is of great significance for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. However,insufficient industrial chain integration leads to poorly connected and coordinated industrial chains, which restricts the development of service-oriented manufacturing networks, and the application of industrial Internet provides new opportunities. By analyzing the issue of industry chain integration of service-oriented manufacturing networks and the evolutionary logic and connotation of industry chain integration, this paper explores the basis and path of industrial Internet empowering service-oriented manufacturing network optimization. The research shows that based on the effective docking of industrial chains of "connection", "chain" and "link", the industrial Internet can realize industrial chain integration from five dimensions: enterprise chain, value chain, technology chain, product chain and spatial chain. This will lead to the formation of industrial chain ecosystem and network organization, and promote the development of service-oriented manufacturing network.
