摘要
自杀是一个重要的公共卫生问题,精神障碍是自杀最重要的风险因素,尤以抑郁症与自杀关系密切。本文综述了与抑郁症自杀相关的静息态功能性核磁共振成像脑功能连接异常的相关研究,发现主要存在于默认网络和突显网络的功能连接异常可能作为抑郁症患者自杀行为的神经标记物,从而为自杀的预测、诊断及干预提供一定的依据。
Suicide is a major public health issue.Mental disorders are the most important risk factors for suicide.Among them,depression is closely related to suicide.This article reviews the research on functional connectivity abnormali⁃ties of functional magnetic resonance imaging related to suicide individuals with depression.It is found that the functional connectivity of the default mode network and the salience network may be biomarkers of suicide risk in depression patients.The abnormal functional connection of depressive suicide can provide a certain basis for suicide prediction,diagnosis and intervention.
