锻炼认同对社区老年人精神幸福感的影响:社会支持的中介作用

Influence of Exercise Identity on Spiritual Well-being of the Elderly in the Community:Mediating Role of Social Support

目的:探究锻炼认同对社区老年人精神幸福感的影响以及社会支持的中介作用。方法:采用精神幸福感量表、社会支持量表和锻炼认同量表对557名社区老年人进行调查。结果:(1)锻炼认同与社会支持呈正相关(r=0.294,P<0.001);(2)社会支持与精神幸福感呈正相关(r=0.310,P<0.001);(3)锻炼认同与精神幸福感呈正相关(r=0.336,P<0.001);(4)社会支持在老年人锻炼认同和精神幸福感之间起部分中介作用,间接效应为0.119,占总效应值(0.411)的28.95%。结论:锻炼认同直接正向影响老年人精神幸福感,并通过社会支持的中介作用影响老年人的精神幸福感。

Objective:To explore the effect of exercise identification on the Spiritual Well-being of the elderly in the community and the mediating role of social support.Methods:A survey was conducted among 557 elderly people in the community by using the spiritual well-being scale,social support scale and exercise identification scale.Results:(1)Exer⁃cise identity was positively correlated with social support(r=0.294,P<0.001);(2)Social support was positively correlated with spiritual well-being(r=0.310,P<0.001);(3)Exercise identity and spirit Well-being was positively correlated(r=0.336,P<0.001);(4)Social support played a partial mediating role in the elderly’s exercise identity and spiritual well-being,with an indirect effect of 0.119,accounting for 28.95%of the total effect value(0.411).Conclusion:Exercise identity directly and positively affects the mental well-being of the elderly,and also affects the mental well-being of the elderly through the mediating effect of social support.
