基本心理需要团体干预对低生命意义感初中生的影响

The Influence of Basic Psychological Needs Group Intervention on Junior Middle School Students with Low Meaning in Life

目的:考察基本心理需要团体干预对低生命意义感初中生的干预效果。方法:采用实验组与对照组前后测设计,纳入50名低生命意义感初中生,随机分入实验组(25名)和对照组(25名),分别进行基本心理需要团体干预和无领导自由讨论团体活动,共进行8次团体干预,持续4周。用基本心理需要满足量表(BPNS)和生命意义感量表(MLS)评价干预效果。结果:在前测和中测中BPNS与MLS得分都不存在显著的组间差异(BPNS前测:t=-0.19,P=0.848,Cohen’sd=-0.06;BPNS中测:t=-0.86,P=0.397,Cohen’sd=-0.25;MLS前测:t=-1.75,P=0.088,Cohen’sd=-0.52;MLS中测:t=0.95,P=0.346,Cohen’sd=0.28)。而在后测中,实验组的BPNS和MLS得分都显著高于对照组(BPNS:t=2.10,P=0.041,Cohen’sd=0.62;MLS:t=4.19,P<0.001,Cohen’sd=1.45)。结论:针对基本心理需要的团体干预可以有效改善低生命意义感初中生的心理需要满足程度和生命意义感。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of basic psychological needs intervention for junior high school stu⁃dents with lower life meaning.Methods:The study used a randomized controlled trial.Fifty junior high school students with lower life meaning were enrolled and randomly divided into the intervention group(n=25)and the control group(n=25).The group intervention included eight sessions and lasted for four weeks.This study used the basic psychological needs sat⁃isfaction scale(BPNS)and the meaning of life scale(MLS)to evaluate the intervention efficacy.Results:There were no sig⁃nificant differences between groups in the pre-test and mid-test of BPNS(pre-test:t=-0.19,P=0.848,Cohen’sd=-0.06;mid-test:t=-0.86,P=0.397,Cohen’sd=-0.25)and MLS(pre-test:t=-1.75,P=0.088,Cohen’sd=-0.52;mid-test:t=0.95,P=0.346,Cohen’sd=0.28).In the post-test,the scores of BPNS and MLS in the intervention group were significantly high⁃er than the control group(BPNS:t=2.10,P=0.041,Cohen’sd=0.62;MLS:t=4.19,P<0.001,Cohen’sd=1.45).Conclusion:The group intervention for basic psychological needs can effectively improve the satisfaction degree of basic psychological needs and life meaning of junior high school students with lower MLS scores.
