矿用浆料气力泵扬固性能试验研究

摘要 为探究矿用浆料气力泵的各项输入参数对其效率产生的影响规律,基于流体力学知识,从静压力出发,分析了提升管内固体颗粒提升机理,研究了进气量、气体表观流速对气力提升系统提升固体性能的影响规律。研究表明,扬固量受到进气量的重要影响,进气量的大小着重改变提升管内的流型。进一步探究浆料浓度与气体表观流速的变化关系,浓度变化出现了极为明显的波动特征,过高或过低的流速均降低了气力提升性能。研究成果为矿物开采、浆料输送等工程应用提供了建设性意见。 In order to explore the influence of various input parameters of the mine-used slurry air lift pump on its efficiency,based on the knowledge of fluid mechanics,the lifting mechanism of solid particles in the riser was analyzed starting from the static pressure.And the influences of the intake air volume and the air superficial flow velocity on the solid lifting performance of the air-lifting system were studied.The results show that the lifting amount of solid is greatly affected by the air intake,and the air intake mainly changes the flow pattern in the riser.The relationship between the slurry concentration and the air superficial flow velocity is further explored.It is found that the concentration change has a very obvious fluctuation feature,and too high or too low flow velocity both reduce the air lifting performance.The research results can provide constructive suggestions for engineering applications such as mineral mining and slurry transportation.
