摘要
教师混合式研修模式包括“线上”“线下”两种途径,研修过程分为前置研修、集中研修、拓展践行三个阶段,集中研修包括主题呈现、课例观摩、研讨互动和专业引领四个环节。教师混合式研修模式能够引领教师互助学习,开阔思维,重构课堂,共享共赢。
Teacher-oriented hybrid training mode includes two ways:“online”and“offline”,and the training process is divided into three stages:before-training,centralized training,and extended practice,and centralized training includes four links:theme presentation,lesson observation,discussion interaction and professional leadership.The teacher-oriented hybrid training mode can guide teachers to learn from each other,broaden thinking,reconstruct classroom teaching,and share a win-win situation.
