摘要
2022年是教育家冷冉先生发表《德育过程的阶段说》与《人的社会适应说》文章40周年。四十年来,其思想的学术价值得到国内学界的公认。大连基础教育领域的德育实践在其思想指导下,也取得了丰厚的成果,特别是“八心八德两意识”德育工程,在省内外产生了极大的影响。在教育要完成立德树人根本任务的今天,我们可以从国家近期出台的一系列教育政策中,进一步认识德育“阶段连续”论述对实践的指导意义。
The year 2022 marks the 40th anniversary of the educator Mr.Leng Ran’s published articles,“On the Stage Theory of Moral Education Process”and“On the Theory of Human Social Adaptation”.In the past 40 years,the academic value of his ideas has been recognized by the domestic academic circles.The practice of moral education in the field of basic education in Dalian has also achieved fruitful results under his ideological instruction,especially the moral education project of“eight minds,eight virtues and two consciousnesses”has exerted great influence in and out of the province.Today,when education is to complete the fundamental task of morality education,we can further see the guiding significance of the elaboration on continuous stages of moral education to practice from a series of education policies recently issued by the state.
