摘要
工匠精神是追求卓越、精益求精的工作态度,是不断完善、提升产品质量的技术能力。随着社会的发展,需要培养更多具有工匠精神的劳动者,班主任应当担任起人才培养的责任,着重培养学生的工匠精神。
Craftsman spirit is the work attitude of striving for excellence and perfection,and is the technical capability to continuously optimize and boost product quality.With the development of society,it is necessary to cultivate more workers with craftsman spirit,and class teachers should assume the responsibility of training talents,focusing on cultivating students'craftsman spirit.
