医护一体化护理模式在颅脑外伤术后患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Integrated Nursing Model in Patients after Craniocerebral Trauma

目的探讨医护一体化护理模式在颅脑外伤术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2020年4月至2022年2月收治的颅脑外伤患者100例作为研究对象,按照护理方式不同分为常规组(50例)、试验组(50例),两组均接受手术治疗,常规组予以传统护理模式,试验组采用医护一体化护理模式。比较两组神经功能、精神状态、运动能力、心理状态、脑血流灌注参数及生活能力。结果试验组护理后CSS评分较常规组低,MMSE、FMA评分较常规组高(P<0.05);与常规组比较,护理后试验组CBV、CBF水平升高(P<0.05);护理后试验组SAS、SDS水平低于常规组(P<0.05);护理后,试验组ADL评分较常规组高(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理模式可减轻颅脑外伤患者负性情绪,有助于改善患者脑血流灌注,促进其精神状态、神经功能、运动功能恢复,还可提高患者的生活能力。

Objective To explore the application effect of integrated nursing model in patients after craniocerebral trauma.Methods From April 2020 to February 2022,100 patients with craniocerebral trauma admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into conventional group(50 cases)and experimental group(50 cases).The conventional group was given the conventional care model,and the experimental group was given the integrated medical and nursing care model.The neurological function,mental state,exercise ability,mental state,cerebral blood perfusion parameters and life ability were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of CSS in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the scores of MMSE and FMA were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the levels of CBV and CBF in the experimental group were increased after nursing(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After nursing,the ADL score of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated nursing mode can reduce the negative emotion of patients with traumatic brain injury,help to improve the cerebral blood perfusion,promote the recovery of mental state,neurological function and motor function,and improve the living ability of patients.
