加巴喷丁联合高能红光治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果

Effect of Gabapentin Combined with High Energy Red Light on Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的探讨带状疱疹后遗神经痛治疗中带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果。方法本研究选取60例确诊为带状疱疹后遗神经痛的患者,均于2021年1月至2022年12月新疆兵团第十三师红星医院皮肤科门诊及病房收治,以随机数表法随机分组,30例患者口服加巴喷丁治疗(对照组),30例患者在此基础上联合高能红光照射治疗(治疗组),对比两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度、用药时间、治疗总费用以及不良反应情况。结果治疗组患者临床治疗有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(76.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗1、2、4周的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者巴喷丁用药时间、治疗总费用均少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗相关不良反应发生率(10.00%)与对照组(13.33%)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在带状疱疹后遗神经痛口服加巴喷丁基础上,辅以高能红光照射治疗,有助于减轻带状疱疹后遗神经痛,缩短病程,提高疗效,减少治疗费用。

Objective To investigate the effect of postherpetic neuralgia in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods A total of 60 patients with postherpetic neuralgia who were admitted to the Department of Dermatology Outpatient and Ward of Hongxing Hospital,13th Division of Xinjiang Corps from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into three groups according to the random number table method.30 patients were treated with oral gabapentin(control group).On this basis,30 patients were treated with high-energy red light irradiation(treatment group).The clinical efficacy,pain degree,medication time,total treatment cost and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the treatment group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the treatment group at 1,2,and 4 weeks after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The time of using papentin and the total cost of treatment in the treatment group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of treatment-related adverse reactions between the treatment group(10.00%)and the control group(13.33%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral gabapentin combined with high energy red light irradiation is helpful to reduce postherpetic neuralgia,shorten the course of disease,improve the curative effect and reduce the cost of treatment.
