六味地黄丸加减方治疗女童部分性性早熟的效果

Effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pills on Partial Precocious Puberty in Girls

目的对8岁内诊断部分性性早熟女童给予六味地黄丸加减方治疗,分析临床治疗效果。方法选取本院2020年1月至2022年9月收治的60例8岁以内部分性性早熟女童,随机分成两组,其中试验组28例,对照组32例。试验组患儿予以六味地黄丸加减方治疗,对照组患儿不做药物治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平以及卵巢容积、子宫容积差异。结果试验组FSH治疗前(Z=-2.675,P=0.007)高于对照组,试验组FSH治疗后(Z=-2.504,P=0.012)低于对照组,试验组FSH治疗后/前(Z=-5.586,P<0.001)低于对照组,有统计学意义,可认为治疗后试验组FSH治疗效果优于对照组;试验组LH治疗前(Z=-2.256,P=0.024)高于对照组,试验组LH治疗后(Z=-2.897,P=0.004)低于对照组,试验组LH治疗后/前(Z=-5.318,P<0.001)低于对照组,有统计学意义,可认为治疗后试验组LH治疗效果优于对照组。试验组子宫容积治疗前(Z=1.437,P=0.151)和子宫容积治疗后(Z=-1.526,P=0.127)和对照组没有差异,试验组子宫容积治疗后/前(Z=-2.771,P=0.006)低于对照组,有统计学意义,可认为治疗后试验组子宫治疗效果优于对照组。试验组卵巢容积治疗前(Z=-2.505,P=0.012)高于对照组,两组卵巢容积治疗后(Z=-1.186,P=0.236)没有差异,试验组卵巢治疗后/前(Z=-3.793,P<0.001)低于对照组,有统计学意义,可认为治疗后试验组卵巢治疗效果优于对照组。结论六味地黄丸加减方对部分性性早熟女童性早熟有显著的治疗效果,改善临床症状,降低性激素水平,值得临床推荐。

Objective To diagnose some girls with sexual precocity within 8 years old and to give them the treatment of Liuwei Dihuang Pills prescription,and to analyze the clinical effect.Methods A total of 60 cases of partial precocious puberty girls under 8 years old who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups 28 cases in experimental group and 32 cases in control group.Children in the experimental group were treated with Liuwei Dihuang Pills,while children in the control group were not treated with medication.The follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,ovarian volume and uterine volume of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The experimental group before FSH treatment(Z=-2.675,P=0.007)was higher than the control group,the experimental group after FSH treatment(Z=-2.504,P=0.012)was lower than the control group,the experimental group after/before FSH treatment(Z=-5.586,P<0.001)lower than the control group,with statistical significance,it can be considered that the experimental group FSH treatment effect is better than the control group after treatment;the experimental group LH before treatment(Z=-2.256,P=0.024)is higher than the control group,the experimental group after LH treatment(Z=-2.897,P=0.004)was lower than the control group,and the experimental group after/before LH treatment(Z=-5.318,P<0.001)was lower than the control group,which was statistically significant and could be It is believed that the effect of LH treatment in the experimental group is better than that in the control group.There is no difference between the uterine volume of the experimental group before treatment(Z=1.437,P=0.151)and after treatment(Z=-1.526,P=0.127)and the control group.The uterine volume of the experimental group after/before treatment(Z=-2.771,P=0.006)was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance,and it can be considered that the uterine treatment effect of the experimental group after treatment was better than that of the control group.The ovarian volume of the experimental group before treatment(Z=-2.505,P=0.012)was higher than that of the control group,there was no difference in ovarian volume between the two groups after treatment(Z=-1.186,P=0.236),the experimental group after ovarian treatment/before(Z=-3.793,P<0.001)lower than the control group,with statistical significance,it can be considered that the ovarian treatment effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group after treatment.Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang Pills has a significant therapeutic effect on some girls with precocious puberty,improving clinical symptoms and reducing sex hormone level,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
