火龙罐综合灸在剖宫产术后腹胀中的应用效果

Observation on Curative Effect of Fire Dragon Cupping Combined Moxibustion on Abdominal Distension after Cesarean Section

目的探讨火龙罐综合灸对剖宫产术后腹胀的价值,为临床火龙罐综合灸治疗本病提供新的依据。方法前瞻性选取2021年1月至2022年1月我院剖宫产术后腹胀者48例作为研究对象,以随机数表法进行分组,并以先后顺序依次入组,分成常规组(24例)和观察组(24例)。两组均采取药物治疗,常规组予以中药热奄包,观察组基于常规组联合火龙罐综合灸。比较两组总有效率、症状改善时间、简化舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为95.83%,高于常规组的66.67%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组腹胀消失时间、肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间均短于常规组(P<0.05);与常规组相比,治疗后观察组GCQ评分升高(P<0.05);在治疗过程中,观察组不良反应发生率(8.33%)与常规组(12.50%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论火龙罐综合灸对剖宫产术后腹胀效果显著,能缩短产妇症状改善时间,提高舒适度,并有助于胃肠功能的恢复。

Objective To explore the value of Huolong cupping combined moxibustion on abdominal distension after cesarean section,and provide a new basis for the treatment of this disease with Huolong cupping combined moxibustion.Methods Forty-eight patients with abdominal distension after cesarean section in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were prospectively selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table and the order of inclusion.They were divided into the routine group(24 cases)and the observation group(24 cases).The two groups were treated with medicine.The routine group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine heat package,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive moxibustion based on the combination of the routine group and fire dragon pot.The total effective rate,symptom improvement time,simplified Comfort Scale(GCQ)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.83%)was higher than 66.67%of the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of abdominal distension,anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time and defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the GCQ score of the observation group increased after treatment(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.33%compared with 12.50%in the conventional group,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Fire dragon cupping combined moxibustion has a significant effect on abdominal distension after cesarean section,which can shorten the time for improving the symptoms of parturients,improve the comfort,and help the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
