循证护理对心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者的临床效果以及满意度评价

Evaluation of Evidence-based Nursing on Clinical Effect and Satisfaction of Patients with Myocardial Infarction Combined with Heart Failure

目的探究在心肌梗死患合并心力衰竭的者治疗中应用循证护理的效果。方法本研究74例患者经各项检查均符合心肌梗死合并心力衰竭的诊断要求,纳入时间为2019年6月至2020年11月,采用随机法平均分为两组,每组37例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施循证护理,对比两组患者的治疗康复情况、并发症发生情况以及对护理工作的满意情况。结果研究组患者治疗后心动图表现恢复正常时间以及治疗总时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗中护理态度、护理时效、护理技术以及健康教育管理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在心肌梗死合并心力衰竭的患者治疗中应用循证护理有助于提升治疗效果,促进患者康复,患者护理满意度较高。

Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of myocardial infarction patients with heart failure.Methods All the examinations of 74 patients in the study met the diagnostic requirements for myocardial infarction with heart failure.The inclusion time was from June 2019 to November 2020.They were randomly divided into two groups,37 cases in each group,the control group carry out routine nursing,the research group implements evidence-based nursing,and the two groups of patients'treatment and recovery,the occurrence of complications,and the satisfaction with the nursing work were compared.Results After treatment,the recovery time of cardiogram performance and the total treatment time of the patients in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications after nursing in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the patients in the study group were treated with nursing care The scores of attitude,nursing time,nursing technology and health education management were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of myocardial infarction patients with heart failure has a significant effect on improving the treatment effect of patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and adoption.
