针对性护理在高龄白内障合并青光眼围手术期患者中的应用价值

Value of Targeted Nursing in Eelderly Patients with Cataract and Glaucoma During Perioperative Period

目的探讨针对性护理在高龄白内障合并青光眼围手术期患者中的应用价值。方法将我院2018年12月至2020年12月收治的80例高龄白内障合并青光眼患者,通过随机数表法分为两组。对照组进行常规的手术准备和护理,针对性护理组实施针对性护理。比较两组护理前后眼压水平、焦虑情绪、满意度。结果在接受护理前后采取焦虑情绪调查问卷对两组患者的焦虑状况进行评估,结果显示护理前两组眼压水平、焦虑情绪比较,P>0.05,在护理后两组眼压水平、焦虑情绪均显著降低,其中针对性护理组眼压水平、焦虑情绪显著低于对照组,P<0.05,可见针对性护理对减轻不良情绪和降低眼压的作用更好。在接受护理之后采取满意度调查问卷对两组患者的满意状况进行评估,结果显示针对性护理组的满意度比对照组高,P<0.05。针对性护理组的满意度是95.00%,而对照组的满意度是80.00%。结论高龄白内障合并青光眼患者实施针对性护理的效果确切,可降低患者眼压,减轻患者的焦虑情绪,提升其满意度。

Objective To explore the value of targeted nursing in elderly patients with cataract and glaucoma during perioperative period.Methods From December 2018 to December 2020 in our hospital,80 elderly patients with cataract and glaucoma were randomly divided into two groups with a digital table.The control group only carried out routine surgical preparation and nursing,and the targeted nursing group carried out targeted nursing.The intraocular pressure level,anxiety and satisfaction before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results An anxiety questionnaire was taken before and after nursing to assess the anxiety of the two groups of patients.The results showed that the intraocular pressure level and anxiety of the two groups before nursing were compared,P>0.05.After the nursing,the intraocular pressure and anxiety of the two groups were compared.The levels of intraocular pressure and anxiety in the targeted nursing group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.It can be seen that targeted nursing has a better effect on reducing bad mood and reducing intraocular pressure.After receiving care,a satisfaction survey questionnaire was used to evaluate the satisfaction of the two groups of patients.The results showed that the satisfaction of the targeted care group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the targeted care group was 95.00%,while the satisfaction rate of the control group was 80.00%.Conclusion The effect of targeted nursing for elderly patients with cataract and glaucoma is accurate,which can reduce the intraocular pressure of the patients,reduce the anxiety of the patients and improve the satisfaction.
