针对性护理措施对鼻内镜下外伤性鼻骨骨折复位效果的影响

Effect of Targeted Nursing Measures on the Reduction of Traumatic Nasal Bone Fractures under Nasal Endoscopy

目的探析针对性护理对鼻内镜下外伤性鼻骨骨折复位效果的影响。方法本研究所选的54例外伤性鼻骨骨折患者均为本院2019年3月至2020年1月接收,所有患者均接受鼻内镜手术治疗,依据双模拟法分组,对照组(27例)与观察组(27例)分别开展常规护理与针对性护理,对两组护理前、护理后抑郁评分、复位效果进行比较。结果在抑郁评分方面,两组护理前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在复位总有效率方面,观察组比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为采取鼻内镜治疗的外伤性鼻骨骨折复位患者提供针对性护理方法,除可减轻临床病症、改善负面情绪外,还有助于复位效果的提高。

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing on traumatic nasal bone fracture reduction under nasal endoscopy.Methods The 54 patients with traumatic nasal bone fractures selected in this study were all accepted by our hospital from March 2019 to January 2020.All patients underwent endoscopic sinus surgery.They were grouped according to the double simulation method.The control group(27 cases)and the observation group(27 cases)carried out routine nursing and targeted nursing methods respectively,and compared the depression scores and reset effects of the two groups before and after nursing.Results In terms of depression scores,there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);the observation group was lower than the control group after nursing,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);in terms of the total effective rate of reduction,the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Provide targeted nursing methods for patients with traumatic nasal bone fracture reduction treated by endoscopic sinus surgery.In addition to reducing clinical symptoms and improving negative emotions,it is helpful to improve the reduction effect.
