个性化饮食护理在慢性胃溃疡患者护理中的效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析个性化饮食护理在慢性胃溃疡患者护理中的效果。方法选取118例慢性胃溃疡患者开展研究,随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用个性化饮食护理,邀请患者对护理满意度进行评价,同时对患者生活质量进行评估,记录症状缓解时间,随访记录疾病复发情况。结果观察组护理有效率为94.02%(56/59),对照组护理有效率为79.66%(47/59),观察组数据相比较对照组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.61%(57/59),对照组护理满意度为81.36%(48/59),观察组护理满意度明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);根据健康程度评估结果,护理前两组评分对比无明显差异,护理后,对照组评分低于观察组评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据临床症状缓解时间记录数据,对照组缓解时间长于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组反酸消失时间、腹痛消失时间以及灼热感消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据疾病复发情况统计数据,对照组出现12例复发,复发率为20.34%,观察组出现3例复发,复发率为5.08%,观察组明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前两组生活质量评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经护理后,观察组数据表明比对照组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性胃溃疡患者护理阶段,应用个性化饮食护理干预能够明显改善病情,缓解疾病带来的疼痛,提高生活质量,降低复发率,患者满意度较高。 Objective To analyze the effect of personalized diet care in the care of patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 118 patients with chronic gastric ulcer were selected for the study,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with routine care and the observation group was treated with personalized diet care.The patients were invited to evaluate the nursing satisfaction and the quality of life of the patients,record the time of symptom relief,follow-up and record the recurrence of the disease.Results The nursing effective rate in the observation group was 94.02%(56/59),and the nursing effective rate in the control group was 79.66%(47/59).The data in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.61%(57/59),the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 81.36%(48/59),the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of nursing care in the observation group was 94.02%(56/59),the effective rate of nursing care in the control group was 79.66%(47/59),(P<0.05).According to the results of health assessment,there was no significant difference in the scores of the two groups before nursing.After nursing,the score of the control group was lower than that of the observation group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the recorded data of clinical symptom remission time,the remission time of the control group was longer than that of the observation group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the study showed that the disappearance time of acid reflux,abdominal pain,and burning sensation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the statistical data of disease recurrence,there were 12 recurrences in the control group,with a recurrence rate of 20.34%,and 3 recurrences in the observation group,with a recurrence rate of 5.08%.The observation group was significantly lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the observation group's data showed that it was higher than the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing stage of patients with chronic gastric ulcer,the application of personalized diet care can also significantly improve the condition,relieve the pain caused by the disease,improve the quality of life,reduce the recurrence rate,and have a higher patient satisfaction.
