喷射雾化器治疗小儿支气管哮喘的护理

Nursing Care of Infantile Bronchial Asthma Treated with Jet Nebulizer

目的探讨分析喷射雾化器治疗小儿支气管哮喘的护理效果。方法选取本院78例支气管哮喘患儿,选取时间为2017年11月至2018年11月,按随机抽签法分为对照组(39例,一般护理干预)与观察组(39例,综合护理干预),对两组护理效果进行对比,比较分析两组患者护理效果。结果护理有效率对比,观察组(94.87%)高于对照组(69.23%)(χ2=26.168,P<0.05);对两组患者护理满意度进行比较,研究组患者护理满意度为97.44%;对照组患者护理满意度为82.05%(χ2=7.013,P<0.05)。观察者咳嗽缓解时间、喘息缓解时间、气促缓解时间以及哮鸣音消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在给予小儿支气管哮喘患者喷射雾化器治疗的同时,采用综合护理干预模式,可促使患儿症状尽快缓解,同时对医院护理服务质量有提升作用。

Objective To explore and analyze the nursing effect of jet nebulizer in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Methods A total of 78 children with bronchial asthma in our hospital were selected from November 2017 to November 2018.They were divided into a control group(39 cases,general nursing intervention)and an observation group(39 cases,comprehensive nursing intervention)according to random drawing.To compare the nursing effects of the two groups,and compare and analyze the nursing effects of the two groups of patients.Results Comparing the nursing effective rate,the observation group(94.87%)was higher than the control group(69.23%)(χ^(2)=26.168,P<0.05);Comparing the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients,the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was 97.44%;The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the control group was 82.05%,(χ^(2)=7.013,P<0.05).The remission time of cough,wheeze,shortness of breath and the disappearance time of wheezing in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion While giving nebulizer treatment to children with bronchial asthma,the use of comprehensive nursing intervention mode can promote the rapid alleviation of children's symptoms and improve the quality of hospital care services.
