基于多元化康复模式下的临床护理在胫骨平台骨折干预中对患者膝关节功能的改善作用

Effect of Clinical Nursing Based on Diversified Rehabilitation Mode on the Improvement of Knee Joint Function in the Intervention of Tibial Plateau Fracture

目的为改善胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能,探讨多元化康复模式下的临床护理路径实施效果。方法将62例研究对象分为两组进行对比研究,观察组用多元化康复护理,对照组用常规护理,评价两组护理干预产生的影响。结果干预后,观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);Lysholm评分、日常生活能力评分、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多元化康复护理满足了患者护理需求,能够改善膝关节功能,可改善疼痛症状,有利于促进患者术后康复。

Objective To improve the knee joint function of patients with tibial plateau fracture,and to explore the effect of clinical nursing path under diversified rehabilitation mode.Methods Sixty-two subjects were divided into two groups for comparative study.The observation group was treated with diversified rehabilitation nursing and the control group was treated with routine nursing.The effects of nursing intervention in the two groups were evaluated.Results After the intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The pain score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);Lysholm score,daily living ability score and quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified rehabilitation nursing can meet the nursing needs of patients,improve knee joint function,improve pain symptoms,and promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
