循证护理对系统性红斑狼疮患者负性情绪及激素治疗依从性的影响

Influence of Evidence-based Nursing on Negative Emotion and Compliance of Hormone Therapy in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

目的分析系统性红斑狼疮患者护理需求,评价循证护理干预对患者负性情绪、激素治疗依从性等方面的积极影响。方法选择我院2019年4月至2020年1月诊治的90例系统性红斑狼疮患者,以1∶1比例法分为对照组(n=45)、循证组(n=45)。对照组、循证组系统性红斑狼疮患者分别采取常规护理、循证护理干预,比较两组患者负性情绪、生活质量、激素治疗等依从性、护理满意度状况。结果循证组护理依从率明显高于对照组,用药依从率明显高于对照组,锻炼依从率明显高于对照组,饮食依从率明显高于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,均P<0.05。循证组SAS评分明显低于对照组,SDS评分明显低于对照组,物质生活评分明显高于对照组,躯体功能评分明显高于对照组,社会功能评分明显高于对照组,心理功能评分明显高于对照组,均P<0.05。结论系统性红斑狼疮患者治疗期间心理负担较重,进而影响治疗依从性。落实循证护理干预可以稳定患者的负性情绪、提高治疗依从性以及生活质量,患者满意度高。

Objective To analyze the nursing needs of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus,and to evaluate the positive effects of evidencebased nursing intervention on patients'negative emotions and compliance with hormone therapy.Methods A total of 90 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into a control group(n=45)and an evidence-based group(n=45)based on a 1∶1 ratio.Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in the control group and the evidencebased group were treated with conventional nursing and evidence-based nursing intervention respectively,and the negative emotions,quality of life hormone therapy compliance,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing compliance rate in the evidence-based group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the medication compliance rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,the exercise compliance rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,the diet compliance rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SAS score of the evidence-based group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the SDS score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the material life score was significantly higher than that of the control group,the physical function score was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the social function score was significantly higher than that of the control group,the score of psychological function was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus have a heavier psychological burden during treatment,which affects treatment compliance.The implementation of evidence-based nursing intervention can stabilize patients'negative emotions,improve treatment compliance and quality of life,and patient satisfaction is high.
