基于NBASS-APS模式的护理干预策略对麻醉复苏室全身麻醉恢复期患者的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention Strategy Based on NBASS-APS Model on Extubation Time and the Risk of Shivering and Agitation in Patients Recovering from General Anesthesia in Anesthesia Resuscitation Room

目的探讨基于急性疼痛管理模式(NBASS-APS)的护理干预策略在麻醉复苏室(PACU)全身麻醉恢复期患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2021年1~12月PACU全身麻醉恢复期患者302例,以随机分组的方式分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于NBASS-APS模式的护理干预策略,比较两组患者麻醉复苏效果、疼痛程度、寒战发生情况、躁动发生情况、不良反应发生情况、睡眠质量。结果观察组拔管时间、麻醉苏醒时间、肠道功能恢复时间、出室时间短于对照组(P<0.05);麻醉苏醒时、麻醉苏醒30min后观察组疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05);观察组寒战发生率1.32%(2/151)低于对照组6.62%(10/151)(P<0.05);观察组躁动发生率4.64%(7/151)低于对照组12.58%(19/151)(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率3.31%(5/151)低于对照组13.91%(21/151)(P<0.05)。结论PACU全身麻醉恢复期患者实施基于NBASSAPS模式的护理干预策略会后,不仅麻醉恢复速度加快,术后疼痛减轻,且患者寒战、躁动、不良反应减少,具有良好干预效果。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention strategy based on the acute pain management model(NBASS-APS)in the general anesthesia recovery period patients in the anesthesia recovery unit(PACU).Methods A total of 302 patients in the recovery period of PACU general anesthesia in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group adopted the nursing intervention strategy based on NBASS-APS mode.The effects of anesthesia and resuscitation,pain,chills,agitation,adverse reactions and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results The extubation time,anesthesia recovery time,intestinal function recovery time and exit time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pain degree of the observation group was lighter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of shivering in the observation group was 1.32%(2/151)lower than that in the control group 6.62%(10/151)(P<0.05).The incidence of agitation in the observation group was 4.64%(7/151)lower than that in the control group 12.58%(19/151)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.31%(5/151)lower than that in the control group 13.91%(21/151)(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of the nursing intervention strategy based on nbass-aps model in the convalescent period of PACU general anesthesia,not only the anesthesia recovery speed is accelerated,the postoperative pain is reduced,but also the shivering,agitation and adverse reactions of patients are reduced,which has a good intervention effect.
