Chen Yaowen has been the eyes of the 770-acre forest at the Ma'anshan Forest Park since he was fflally employed at the age of 60 a a fire lookout there in 2013.Although a monitoring system has been set up in the forest,lookouts are stil necessary for fire prevention as they can identity small changes in the distance that may be a fire,and report it immediately.In recent years,Chen has prevented several potentially disastrous fires by informlng the security department Immediately upon discowering the hidden danger.
