Qinkangyuan Community,built in 2005,has in recent years taken many measures to improve its residents'living environment,thus winning much applause.In 2019,after the eight elevators in its three 11-floor residential buildings had been in use for 15 consecutive years,the community homeowners association decided to replace them in order to avoid the risks associated with their age.
