农村公路信息化平台建设研究

Research on the Construction of Rural Highway Informatization Platform

信息化技术在农村公路管理中发挥着重要作用。笔者以北京市农村公路为研究对象,对农村公路信息化平台建设展开研究。本研究先介绍北京市农村公路的基本情况,提出信息化建设需求,并对农村公路信息化平台进行设计与实现。研究结果表明,当前农村公路管理在信息云交互、信息云储存、信息云管理等方面存在需求,且农村公路信息化平台可实现基础数据管理、工程建设及维护管理、监管以及查询等功能,能有效提高农村公路管理的信息化水平。

Information technology plays an important role in rural road management. The author takes rural roads in Beijing as the research object,and studies the construction of rural road information platform. This study first introduces the basic situation of rural roads in Beijing,puts forward the needs of information construction,and designs and implements the rural road information platform. The research results show that the current rural highway management has requirements in information cloud interaction,information cloud storage,information cloud management and other aspects,and the rural highway information platform can realize the functions of basic data management,engineering construction and maintenance management,supervision and query,which can effectively improve the information level of rural highway management.
