密云水库与怀柔水库洪水防控综合治理研究

Study on Flood Prevention and Control of Miyun Reservoir and Huairou Reservoir

水库是防洪兴利中重要的水利工程建筑物,密云水库和怀柔水库是北京地区重要的防洪设施,如何提升密云水库和怀柔水库洪水防控综合治理能力是需要解决的关键问题。根据以往历史数据,从基本概况、历史洪水资料以及洪水调度方案3个方面对密云水库和怀柔水库洪水防控进行了综合分析,研究发现密云水库和怀柔水库具有紧密联系,两水库洪峰各年出现时间差相似,在防洪调度方面相对独立。基于此,从建立防洪联合调度机制、提高实时预报精度以及拓宽信息传递渠道方面提出了建议。

The reservoir is an important hydraulic engineering structure in flood control and utilization.Miyun Reservoir and Huairou reservoir are important flood control facilities in Beijing. How to improve the comprehensive flood prevention and control capacity of Miyun Reservoir and Huairou reservoir is a key problem to be solved. According to the previous historical data,the flood prevention and control of Miyun Reservoir and Huairou reservoir are comprehensively analyzed from the three aspects of basic profile,historical flood data and flood regulation scheme. The study finds that Miyun Reservoir and Huairou reservoir are closely related,the time difference between the flood peaks of the two reservoirs in each year is similar,and they are relatively independent in flood control regulation. Based on this,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of establishing the joint operation mechanism of flood control,improving the accuracy of real-time forecast and widening the channel of information transmission.
