河南省生物医药企业专利现状分析及对策研究

本研究以河南省生物医药企业专利情况为研究对象,通过检索该类企业及企业名下的专利申请公开情况,研究企业专利布局、技术创新等基础情况。着重从专利申请趋势、专利类型分布、专利IPC分布和申请人持有专利分布等角度对产业专利信息进行分析,并从宣传引导、研发投入、加强知识产权保护、加强人才队伍建设和产学研合作等方面提出促进河南省生物医药产业发展的对策建议。

This study takes the patent situation of biopharmaceutical enterprises in Henan Province as the research object, and studies the basic situation of enterprise patent layout and technological innovation by retrieving the patent application disclosure situation of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises and enterprises in Henan Province. Focusing on the analysis of industrial patent information from the perspectives of patent application trends, patent type distribution, patent IPC distribution and patent holding distribution by applicants, etc., And put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the biomedical industry in Henan Province from the aspects of publicity and guidance, R&D investment, strengthening intellectual property protection, strengthening the construction of talent team and industry-university-research cooperation.
