摘要
火电厂脱硫废水零排放路线一般包括预处理、浓缩和固化三个步骤,其中浓缩工艺是脱硫废水零排放的重要环节,浓缩系统的效果对固化阶段的投资影响极大。对国内外脱硫废水浓缩技术工艺路线及应用现状进行了介绍,并对其未来发展给出了建议。认为脱硫废水浓缩减量工艺技术路线应根据电厂废水水质、含盐量、是否有足够的蒸汽或烟气余热、最终固化后的处理方式等情况,选择最佳工艺路线。
The zero-discharge route of thermal power plant desulfurization wastewater generally includes three steps: pretreatment, concentration and solidification. Concentration process is an important part of zero-discharge of desulfurization wastewater. The effect of the concentration system has a great influence on the investment in the solidification stage. The process route and application status of domestic and foreign desulfurization wastewater concentration technology were introduced, and suggestions for its future development were given. The best technical route of desulfurization wastewater concentration and reduction process should be selected according to the quality of power plant wastewater, salt content,availability of sufficient steam or flue gas waste heat, and the treatment method after final solidification.
