摘要 采用涂敷法制备了以纳米纤维素为分离层的复合纳滤膜,通过调节纳米纤维素铸膜液的pH,解决了铸膜液在聚砜底膜上粘合力不强、难以成膜的问题,研究了交联剂对膜性能的影响。结果表明:经戊二醛交联的纳米纤维素膜稳定性更好、截留率更高;交联膜对刚果红、橙黄G两种染料的截留率可至95%以上。 In view of the fact that the nanocellulose membranes prepared by the filtration method were only used in the microfiltration or ultrafiltration process, for the purpose of removing bacteria or viruses and oil-water separation, nanocellulose composite nanofiltration membrane was prepared by the coating method. By adjusting the pH of the nanocellulose casting solution, the problem of poor adhesion of the casting solution on the polysulfoneultrafiltration membrane and difficulty in membrane formation was solved. Uncrosslinked and glutaraldehyde crosslinkednanocellulose nanofiltration membrane were prepared separately to study the effect of glutaraldehyde on the separation performance and stability of these membranes. The results showed that the nanocellulose membrane cross-linked by glutaraldehyde had higher retention and stability;the rejection rate of the cross-linked membrane for orange G and Congo red could reach more than 95%. The experimental result showed that the nanocellulose nanofiltration membrane has a certain application potential in separation of dye wastewater.
