宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术联合曼月乐宫内节育器治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Hysteroscopic Endometrial Polypectomy Combined with Mirena Intrauterine Device in Treatment of Endometrial Polyps

目的:分析宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术联合曼月乐宫内节育器治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果。方法:选择2017年1月-2020年1月盐城市妇幼保健院收治的50例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各25例。对照组应用宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术治疗,试验组应用宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术联合曼月乐宫内节育器治疗。比较两组患者血红蛋白水平、血清炎症因子水平及复发率。结果:治疗前,两组血红蛋白水平与子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组血红蛋白水平、子宫内膜厚度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-4、CRP水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜息肉应用宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术联合曼月乐宫内节育器治疗,可产生较好的疗效,值得应用并予以推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy combined with Mirena intrauterine device in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods:A total of 50 patients with endometrial polyps who were admitted to Yancheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 25 patients in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy,and the experimental group was treated with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy combined with Mirena intrauterine device.The hemoglobin level,serum inflammatory factor level and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,the hemoglobin levels and the endometrial thickness in the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);After treatment,the hemoglobin level and endometrial thickness in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-4(IL-4),and C-reactive protein(CRP)were compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the TNF-α,IL-6,IL-4 and CRP levels in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy combined with Mirena intrauterine device in the treatment of endometrial polyps can produce a better efficacy and deserves the popularization and application.
