股骨颈骨折患者实施舒适护理模式的临床价值

Clinical Value of Comfortable Nursing Mode for Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

目的:分析股骨颈骨折患者实施舒适护理模式的临床价值。方法:选取2020年4月-2021年4月南华大学附属第三医院收治的股骨颈骨折患者50例,随机分为参考组和试验组。参考组25例采用常规护理模式,试验组25例采用舒适护理模式。比较两组患者护理后疼痛程度、住院时间、护理满意度和并发症情况。结果:试验组患者护理后的疼痛评分低于参考组,住院时间短于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者护理满意度高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者并发症发生率低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对股骨颈骨折患者采用舒适护理模式能够减轻患者疼痛,缩短住院时间,提升护理服务质量,减少并发症发生风险,推荐使用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of comfortable nursing mode for patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:Between April 2020 and April 2021,fifty patients with femoral neck fracture who were admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of South China University were selected.They were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group.The 25 cases in the reference group used the routine nursing mode,while the 25 cases in the experimental group used the comfortable nursing mode.The pain severity after nursing,length of hospital stay,nursing satisfaction,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain score after nursing in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patient's satisfaction with nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the patients with femoral neck fracture,the use of comfortable nursing mode can reduce the pain of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the quality of nursing services,reduce the risk of complications,it is recommended to use.
