粤北山区农村生活污水治理现状分析及建议

Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasures of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment in the Mountainous Areas in Northern Guangdong

粤北山区大部分地区是国家重点生态功能区,水环境质量要求高,农村生活污水治理面临着较大挑战。本文从治理现状、运维管护、规划设计、资金、用地等多个方面,系统梳理了粤北山区农村生活污水治理存在的共性问题和症结难点,并结合粤北山区的自然生态环境禀赋特征和经济社会发展特征等实际现状,在总结过往治理过程中存在的问题及经验的基础上,提出了规划引领—突出重点—因地制宜—一村一策—整改修复—强化运维的农村生活污水治理提升路径,为具有重要生态保护功能、山多人少的地区开展农村生活污水治理提供参考。

Most of the mountainous areas in northern Guangdong are national key ecological functional areas,with high water environment quality requirements,while rural domestic sewage treatment is facing great challenges. From such aspects as management status,operation and maintenance,planning and design,capital and land use,this paper systematically sorts out common problems and sticking points of rural domestic sewage treatment in northern Guangdong mountainous areas. Combined with the actual situation of natural ecological environment endowment characteristics and economic and social development characteristics in the mountainous areas of northern Guangdong,and on the basis of summarizing the problems and experiences in the past treatment process,this paper puts forward the improvement path of rural domestic sewage treatment,which includes planning guidance,highlighted key points,adapting measures to local conditions,one policy for one village,rectification and restoration,and strengthened maintenance,so as to provide reference for rural domestic sewage treatment in mountainous areas with important ecological protection functions and few people.
