煤粉掺烧污泥的热重及动力学研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过热重实验仪,研究了煤粉、污泥及其混合物在不同比例下的燃烧特性。结果表明:单独燃烧时,煤的失重主要受固定碳燃烧的影响,污泥的失重主要受水分析出、挥发性物质析出和燃烧的影响;添加污泥有利于混合物着火,但不利于稳定燃烧,污泥的添加量以不超过30%为宜;随着污泥掺混比的增加,混合物开始失重的温度左移,失重峰的峰值温度与单煤燃烧的接近。燃烧动力学研究表明,煤的活化能为86.79 kJ/mol,高于混合物的任意一个阶段的活化能。混合物燃烧前期(低温段)的活化能小于燃烧后期(高温段)的活化能。 The combustion characteristics of pulverized coal,sludge,and their mixtures at different proportions are studied by thermogravimetric analyzer.The results show that the weight loss of coal is mainly affected by fixed carbon combustion,and the weight loss of sludge is mainly affected by water analysis,volatile matter precipitation,and combustion.The addition of sludge is beneficial to the ignition of the mixture,but it is not conducive to stable combustion.The addition of sludge should not exceed 30%.With the increase of sludge blending ratio,the temperature of the mixture begins to lose weight shifted to the left,and the weight loss peak is close to the single coal combustion.The combustion kinetics study shows that the activation energy of coal is 86.79 kJ/mol,which is higher than that of the mixture at any stage.The activation energy of the mixture in the early combustion stage(low temperature)is less than that in the later combustion stage(high temperature).
