化工废水处理技术研究及应用现状

Research and application status of chemical wastewater treatment technology

化工废水为化工生产领域中排放出的工艺废水、废气洗涤水、冷却水、场地及设备冲洗水等废水。近年来,化工行业的化学原料和化学制品制造业废水排放量已降至20×10^(8) m^(3),但其排放总量仍然较大,且废水中污染物成分复杂,如不经过处理而排放,会造成水体的不同性质和程度的污染,从而危害人体健康,影响工农业的生产。因此,处理排放化工废水是国内化工行业绿色发展和水体保护必须重视的重要环节,而废水处理技术是实现化工废水有效处理的关键。文中分析了国内工业和化工废水的排放现状及危害,重点论述了化工废水处理技术研究和应用现状,以供参考。

Chemical wastewater is the process wastewater,waste gas scouring water,cooling water,site and equipment washing water and other wastewater discharged from the chemical production field.In recent years,the waste water discharge of chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing in the chemical industry had decreased to 20×10^(8) m^(3),but the total amount of waste water discharge was still large,and the pollutant composition in the waste water was complex.If the waste water was discharged without treatment,it would cause different nature and degree of pollution,thus endangering human health and affecting industrial and agricultural production.Therefore,the treatment and discharge of chemical wastewater was an important part that must be paid attention to in the green development of domestic chemical industry and water protection,and the wastewater treatment technology was the key to realize the effective treatment of chemical wastewater.This paper analyzed the discharge status and harm of industrial and chemical wastewater in China,and emphatically discussed the research and application status of chemical wastewater treatment technology for reference.
