摘要
在分子炼油的基础上对重质油进行催化裂化生产,是重质油轻质化和改质的重要手段。炼油过程中存在很多金属、催化剂颗粒等微量元素,对于炼油工艺极其不利。随着催化裂化加工工艺的出现,为分子炼油提供了有效的引导作用。文中阐述了催化裂化加工重质油的技术,对基于分子炼油的催化裂化工艺进行重质油加工进行了综述和分析。
Catalytic cracking of heavy oil on the basis of molecular-refining is an important means to light and improve the quality of heavy oil.There are many trace elements such as metal and catalyst particles in the refining process,which are unfavorable to the refining process.With the emergence of catalytic cracking process,it provided effective guidance for molecular-refining.This paper described the catalytic cracking technology for heavy oil processing,summarized and analyzed the catalytic cracking technology based on molecular-refining for heavy oil processing.
