摘要 某炼化企业共有3套柴油加氢精制装置,原加工原料主要为常减压直馏柴油。但因整体物料平衡、市场需求变化和提质增效等多方面考虑,会在直馏柴油中掺炼部分其它油品。为了辅助公司安全生产,此项目在小试评价装置上模拟实际生产操作,在直馏柴油中掺炼不同比例的催化轻柴油,催化重柴油和裂解汽油。从实验结果来看,其它油品的加入会对反应床层温升和产品产生一定影响,但在可控范围内,所以生产上可以根据实际情况进行掺炼。 There are three sets of diesel hydrofining units in a refinery,and the main raw material is atmospheric and vacuum straight-run diesel.Due to the overall material balance,market demand changes and quality and efficiency improvement and other factors,it will blend parts of other oil products into the straight-run diesel.In order to make the company's safe production,this project simulated the actual production operation on the pilot evaluation device,by mixing different proportions of catalytic light diesel,catalytic heavy diesel oil and cracking gasoline in the straight-run diesel.From the perspective of experimental results,the addition of other oil products will have a certain impact on the temperature rise of the reaction bed and the product,but it is within a controllable range,so the production can be blended according to the actual situation.
