聚乙烯熔体流动速率标准物质均匀性和稳定性研究

摘要 聚乙烯熔体(质量、体积)流动速率标准物质的研制过程中,均匀性和稳定性研究是非常重要的环节,样品的均匀和稳定也是标准物质研制的前提条件。文中按照相关要求,对聚乙烯熔体(质量、体积)流动速率度标准物质进行了均匀性、稳定性研究和检验,并采用方差分析法进行检验结果的统计,通过统计其F值分别为1.29和0.59,小于临界值F_((0.05,14,30))2.04,表明研制的标准物质均匀;用并用直线拟合法对短期和长期稳定性进行检验,表明标准物质在短期和长期均稳定。 In the process of the development of polyethylene melt(mass,volume)flow rate reference material,the study of uniformity and stability is a very important part,the uniformity and stability of the sample is also a prerequisite for the development of reference material.This paper,in accordance with the relevant requirements,conducted the uniformity,stability research and test on melt flow rate(quality,volume)of polyethylene of standard material,and used the statistical variance analysis to test results.After the statistics,the F value was 1.29 and 0.59,respectively,less than the critical value F_((2.04,0.05,14,30))showing that uniformity of the developed reference material;using linear fitting method to test the short-and long-term stability of reference materials.
