活性炭在常减压生产航煤中的使用寿命

Service life of activated carbon in aviation kerosene production under atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit

航煤即航空煤油的简称,又称喷气燃料,主要用作喷气飞机发动机的专用燃料。由于其特殊的应用场所和环境,使得对航空煤油的性能要求十分严格和苛刻。某炼油厂常减压车间利用燃料—润滑油型常减压蒸馏装置常1线生产航空煤油,活性炭在该生产系统中主要用作油品的脱色剂,以满足航煤出厂的质量标准。文中从常减压直馏工艺生产装置的特性出发,找出在生产航空煤油中影响活性炭使用寿命的因素,并对比2种不同厂家活性炭使用寿命,探究有利于航煤生产的活性炭的使用情况。

Aviation kerosene,also known as jet fuel,is mainly used as a special fuel for jet aircraft engines.Because of its special application site and environment,the performance requirements of aviation kerosene are very strict and harsh.The fuel-lubricating oil type atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit(line 1)in a refinery was used to produce aviation kerosene,among which,activated carbon was used as the decoloring agent for oil product.Based on the characteristics of the production equipment of atmospheric and vacuum direct distillation process,this paper found out the factors affecting the service life of activated carbon in the production of aviation kerosene,and the service life of activated carbon from two different manufacturers was compared to explore the use of activated carbon conducive to the production of aviation kerosene.
