摘要
自噬(Avtophagy)是机体特异性清除多余或受损的蛋白质和细胞器的过程,是维持细胞正常功能的重要机制。自噬流(Autophagic flux)是指自噬从开始到完成的整个过程,包括吞噬泡的形成,自噬体的形成,自噬体与溶酶体融合形成自噬溶酶体,以及自噬溶酶体的降解。最近自噬与癫痫之间的关系已逐渐成为研究热点,然而,还不清楚自噬流的各个环节是否都参与了癫痫的发作。本文综述了自噬流的各个关键节点参与癫痫发作的研究进展,以期更好地理解自噬与癫痫发作的相关性。
Autophagy is the process of body-specific removal of excess or damaged proteins and organelles,and is an important mechanism for maintaining normal cell function,while autophagic flux refers to the entire process of autophagy from initiation to completion,including the formation of phagocytic vesicles,the formation of autophagosomes,the formation of autophagolysosomes via the fusion of autophagosomes with lysosomes,and the degradation of autophagolysosomes.Recently,the relationship between autophagy and epilepsy has gradually become a research hotspot.However,are all links of autophagy flux involved in seizures?This paper will review the research progress of each key node of autophagy flux involved in seizures,in order to better understand the correlation between autophagy and seizures.
